For childcare data entered by childcare providers (e.g. children’s profiles, emergency contacts), the childcare provider remains the Data Controller and LittleLink ID acts as a Data Processor. We are happy to support you in demonstrating this to your regulating bodies.

We do not store full card details. Payments are handled by secure third-party processors.

- Scan/tap events of LLID cards
2.5 Child Profile Information
May include child’s name/initials, photo, DOB (optional), allergies, medical notes, SEN info, safeguarding notes.
2.6 Emergency Contact Information
Emergency contacts, setting contacts, authorised pick-up persons.
2.7 User-Generated Content
Reviews, testimonials, uploaded photos/documents.
2.8 Consent & Legal Documents
Includes acceptance of policies, verification records, compliance documents required by your regulating bodies.

Used to generate assistant ID cards and support regulating body requirements.
